Biography

Sherri is a research group leader at SDL materials, with a focus on machine learning in materials on HPC. Her background is computational materials science and molecular simulations. She has also worked for a few years in industry as a data scientist/machine learning scientist.

Thematic Advice

The current research in her group includes investigating and developing unsupervised learning algorithms for electron microscopy and atom probe tomography data on HPC, comprising the study of their GPU scaling behavior.
